To ensure we allocate the appropriate time for your appointment:

  • If you have gel polish, please include gel polish removal with your appointment.

  • If you have acrylic, dip, hybrid gel, hard gel, or soft gel extensions, please have your current set removed prior to your arrival.

  • If you'd like nail design, be sure to add the nail design service when booking.

Arriving with nail enhancements or failure to select the correct removal service may result in appointment adjustments or cancellations due to time constraints.

NOTE: We do not offer services for acrylic, dip, hybrid gel, hard gel, soft gel extensions, tips extension.

It's important to understand that forgetting or canceling appointments without sufficient notice not only prevents us from filling those time slots but also denies other clients the opportunity for services.

As a commission-based salon, we deeply value our team members' time and dedication. To ensure fairness and respect for both our clients and professionals, please be aware of the following terms when booking appointments with Yamada Nail Atelier:

  • All services, excluding regular polish, are guaranteed for 3 days. Repairs requested after this period may incur an additional charge.

  • Online appointments are available with at least 12 hours prior to your preferred time and up to 1 month in the future.

  • Last minute bookings are available via phone calls or text messages at 206-656-7878.

  • You may cancel or modify your appointment without charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) or no show may incur a charge of up to 100% of the scheduled service(s).
